Manager – Quality – Efficiency Development:

Responsible for identifying & supporting potential for improvement in our products quality by leading and managing the quality team and the follow up and maintenance of production efficiency projects.

Qualification: Graduate in Textile Engineering

Experience: 8 to 10 years of experience in textile industry with at least 3 years experience in leadership position.

Senior Business Developer / Business Developer:

Responsible to develop IKEA supplies in order to optimize price, quality, capacity, delivery services and environmental responsibilities.

Qualification: Graduate in Textile Engineering

Experience: For Senior Business Developer having 8 years of business development experience with an international organization of which at least 3 years experience is of independently leading the team.
For Business Developer have 3 to 5 years of business development experience with an international organization.

Environmental Specialist & Compliance Auditor:

Responsible to initiate and lead environmental projects and conduct safety, environment & social audits at IKEA supplies.

Qualification: Engineering background and / or Environment Science Graduate (MBA added advantage).

Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in implementing environment, safety, social system and auditing with MNC.

Quality Developer:

Responsible to secure product quality and production efficiency with supplier and continuously work with improvement in Quality to contribute to IKEA’s quality demands with a customer focus.

Qualification: Engineering or Technical background with MBA (extra advantage).

Experience: 3 to 5 yeas of experience in relevant field.
