Multinational Company in Saudi Arabia

A large company with a multinational workforce of over 3500 employees that provides mechanical, construction, fabrication, operations & maintenance services to primarily Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, and other process plants is seeking experienced professionals for the following positions for their construction projects:

PROJECT MANAGER (EPC):

• Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
•15 years of working experience, a minimum of 5 years as Project Manager in construction and fabrication in Petrochemical, Oil & Gas and other process plants.
• Ensures completion of projects within schedule and budget while adhering to Company andClient’s business practices, including environmental, safety & quality standards and procedures.
•Excellent communication, organizational, supervisory and planning skills are necessary, plus computer knowledge.

ESTIMATION / PROPOSAL MANAGER:

• Degree in Engineering (any discipline).

• Minimum 10-12 years of experience in capital plant & heavy construction facilities in Petrochemical, Oil & Gas and other process plants.

• Capable of implementing strategies and techniques to establish competitive tenders.

• Experience in procedures and methods to compile consistent and comprehensive estimates/proposals.

• Possess comprehensive knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation and Construction projects• Computer skills with advance knowledge in MS Office applications.

PROJECT CONTROLS MANAGER:

•Degree in Engineering (any discipline). 10-12 years related experience in construction cost/scheduling and in diversified controls of engineering systems, principles and practices.

• Experience in project cost control programs of Company’s various construction projects.

• Monitors the utilization of resources against budgeted costs.

• Utilizes Earned Value Management System (EVMS) for tracking project progress and schedule recovery plans to ensure project completion on time and within budget.

• Good computer knowledge.

CONTRACT MANAGER:

Degree in Business or Engineering.

• Minimum 8 years experience in the construction of Petrochemical, Oil & Gas and other process plants. ‘Working knowledge in contractual laws/legal issues related to the provision of services, business policies and procedures, and commercial negotiation with Clients and/or Subcontractors.

• Experience in reviewing tenders, contracts, change/variation orders, claims, etc.

• Ability to weigh and articulate the risk and benefits of various issues.

• Must be computer literate.
